• How Do I Get My Order?

  • Online orders will be shipped to you directly. There is not an option to pick up from Lakeside School.

• Are All Items Displayed On The Website Available Online?

  • Larger and speciality items like golf umbrellas and stadium seats will only be available at in-person Lakeside School events.

• When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Orders will ship approximately three to four weeks from the date the site closes. You will receive an email indicating your order is on its way at that time.

• Can I Ship Orders Out Of State?

  • Unfortunately only orders shipping to a Washington state address are allowed for tax reasons.

• What If I Am Placing A Larger Order?

  • If you are placing an order for eight (8) items or more, please contact Mags Hanaoka via email at magdalena_kita@hotmail.com for shipping terms prior to placing your order.

• ITEM AVAILABILITY

  • All orders are subject to and pending stock availability.  Orders will ship within 3-4 weeks of site closing.  On rare occasion we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, stock availability, increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, and other variables that could adversely affect this timeline. In the rare instance that a delay occurs, you will be notified directly via email.

  • Available sizes vary by product style.  Please see associated size charts. 

• LAKESIDE GEAR AVAILABILTY

  • All items available on the site are as shown. Items shown are only available in the colors, sizes, and decoration as pictured. Photos are for visual reference only.

• RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All sales of custom orders are final.  In the event that an item is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

• SALES TAX 

  • Applicable sales taxes will be applied to all orders and remitted to the Department of Revenue accordingly.
